Terms of Service

Welcome to Minstrels Connect ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, booking marketplace, training services, event publishing tools, messaging systems, and subscription features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to:

• Gospel Musicians
• Singers & Vocalists
• Instrumentalists
• Worship Leaders
• Choir Members
• Music Directors
• Masters of Ceremony (MCs)
• Gospel DJs
• Trainers / Coaches
• Churches & Ministries
• Event Organizers
• Clients / Service Seekers

Minstrel Connect is a digital marketplace designed to connect gospel talents with individuals and organizations seeking their services.

Platform services include:

• Talent discovery & directory listings
• Event talent bookings
• Training & coaching services
• Event publishing & promotion
• Messaging & collaboration tools
• Subscription-based premium features

Minstrel Connect acts solely as a facilitator and is not a direct employer or contractor of listed talents.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

Users may register as Talent (Service Provider), Client (Service Seeker), or both.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining login security
• All activities under your account
• Updating profile information

Minstrel Connect is not liable for unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

Talents may create professional profiles including musical roles, instruments/vocal parts, experience & biography, media uploads, availability calendar, pricing packages, and training services.

You agree that all submitted information is accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate platform policies.

Clients may request bookings by providing event date & time, location, duration, budget, and service requirements. Talents may accept, decline, or negotiate requests.

Once accepted, a binding agreement is formed between the Client and Talent. Minstrel Connect facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the service contract.

Payments on the Platform may include booking fees, training fees, event ticket purchases, and subscription payments. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Minstrel Connect may charge service commissions, processing fees, and subscription fees. All charges are disclosed before payment confirmation.

Booking payments may be held in escrow until service completion, event fulfillment, or dispute review. Payouts to Talents are processed per platform payout schedules.

Cancellation terms may vary by Talent or service. General principles:

• Clients may receive refunds within approved cancellation windows
• Talents canceling without valid cause may incur penalties
• Platform service fees may be non-refundable

A detailed Refund Policy may apply separately.

Talents offering lessons or coaching agree to deliver services as described, honor scheduled sessions, and provide agreed training duration. Minstrel Connect does not guarantee learning outcomes.

Premium users may publish concerts, worship programs, conferences, revivals, and workshops. Event publishers are responsible for event accuracy, venue compliance, ticket fulfillment, and crowd management. We reserve the right to remove events violating laws or platform standards.

Premium features may include featured listings, event publishing access, unlimited media uploads, analytics dashboards, and priority search placement.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, may be billed monthly or annually, and are generally non-refundable after billing.

Users agree NOT to:

• Provide false information
• Upload unauthorized copyrighted content
• Harass or abuse users
• Promote immoral or non-gospel content
• Circumvent platform payments
• Solicit off-platform transactions to avoid fees

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant Minstrel Connect a license to display listings publicly, promote talents/events, and use content for marketing purposes. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

Clients may leave reviews after completed services. Reviews must be honest, non-defamatory, and experience-based. We reserve the right to remove abusive or false reviews.

Platform messaging must not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, or payment diversion. Messages may be reviewed for safety and dispute resolution.

Minstrel Connect is a marketplace facilitator only. We do not guarantee talent performance quality, event success, training outcomes, or booking fulfillment. All service agreements are between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minstrel Connect shall not be liable for service disputes, event damages, financial losses, personal injury at events, or talent no-shows. Liability is limited to platform fees paid.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, abuse complaints, or payment circumvention. Funds may be held pending investigation.

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

All platform branding, logos, software, and design elements are owned by Minstrel Connect and may not be reproduced without permission.

Users agree to resolve disputes in good faith. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Texas, United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
